Toast with zucchini and caviar

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Courgette
  • 1 Onion
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 100 ml clear broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 4 discs Toast with three grains
  • 4 discs Processed cheese
  • 20 g Trout caviar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon pieces and dill flags

Directions

    Clean and wash the zucchini and slice them thinly. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the fat and fry the onion cubes in it until transparent. Fry the zucchini briefly.

    Deglaze with broth. Cook for about 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Spread the zucchini on the toast slices and cover each with a slice of cheese, then cover and let the cheese melt. Spread the caviar on the toast slices and garnish the bread with lemon wedges and dill
