Crunchy muesli with banana, cranberries and quark

  • 1 small banana (approx. 120 g)
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) Wild cranberries in syrup (glass)
  • 30 g Crunchy muesli with raisins and wheat germ
  • 1 tsp (7 g) Maple syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

  1. 1

    Peel and slice the banana. Stir the quark until smooth. Cranberries, except some for decoration, layer banana, muesli and quark in a dessert glass. Let syrup run over it.

    Decorate with cranberries and mint.
