Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized gherkins (approx. 120 g)
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, dill and chives
  • 4 (à 100 g) coarse uncooked bratwursts
  • 4 discs (20 g each) Gouda cheese
  • 4 discs Rye toast
  • 4 TSP medium hot mustard

Directions

    Cut the cucumbers into slices. Wash parsley, dill and chives and dab dry. Chop parsley and dill finely. Cut chives into fine rolls. Press the sausage meat out of the skin.

    Knead with the herbs. Cut cheese into strips. Roast toast and let it cool down a bit. Brush toast with mustard. Put pickled gherkin on top. Spread the sausage meat on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for about 5 minutes.

    Cover toast with cheese strips and melt.
