  • 7-10 Tbsp a few small leaves of picking salad
  • 1 Rolls with sunflower seeds
  • 30 g cooked ham in wafer-thin slices (2 % fat)
  • 1/2 Beet Cress
  • 1 Cornichon
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash and drain the lettuce leaves. Cut the buns 3 times. Alternately cover with salad and ham, sprinkle with cress. Spike the cornichon. Garnish bread roll with it and hold together.
