  • 4 TABLESPOONS (80 g) low-fat yoghurt (1,5 % fat)
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 30 g Wholemeal wheat flakes
  • 3 tablespoons (20 g each) Sour cherry fruit spread (70 % fruit)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm and lemon zests

Directions

    Mix yoghurt and lemon juice. Layer flakes, yoghurt and fruit spread in a glass. Decorate with lemon balm and lemon zests.
