  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 1 washer Bacon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vegetable maize (canned)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Chives in rolls

Directions

    Beat the egg into a greased ovenproof dish. Halve the bacon slice and place on top. Wash the corn grains and sprinkle over the bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes. Then serve sprinkled with chives
