Cinnamon yoghurt with pear cubes and pistachios with cornflakes

Ingredients

  • 1 small pear (approx. 95 g)
  • 1 TEASPOON Pistachio kernels
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 15 g Cornflakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Wash the pear thoroughly, quarter it and cut out the core. Cut off a pear wedge and put it aside. Dice the rest of the pear. Chop the pistachios. Pour yoghurt and pear into a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and pistachios.

    Serve decorated with pear wedge and lemon balm. Serve with cornflakes extra.
