Sesame bagel with salami, apple and mustard cream

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1/2 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2-3 leaves (about 30 g) Oak leaf salad
  • 1/2 (approx. 75 g) Little red apple
  • 1 (95 g) Sesame Bagel
  • 20 g Radish sprouts
  • 20 g colourful pepper salami

Directions

    Mix yoghurt and mustard. Season with salt. Wash the salad and dab dry. Wash apple and rub dry. Quarter the apple, remove seeds and cut into slices.

    Cut the bagel in half horizontally. Spread the top and bottom with mustard cream. Cover with salami, salad, apple slices and radish sprouts. Put the lid on top
