Coconut yoghurt with pear and maple syrup

  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) small bulb
  • 1 TABLESPOON Raisins
  • 1 TEASPOON Maple syrup
  • 1 TEASPOON Coconut flake
  • 1 TEASPOON Coconut chips

Directions

    Pour yoghurt into a glass. Wash the pear, rub dry and quarter it. Remove the core. Cut the pear in half lengthwise and cut into cubes. Mix raisins, pear cubes and maple syrup and pour onto the yoghurt. Sprinkle with the grated coconut and decorate with coconut chips
