  • 1/2 Baby pineapple
  • 150 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Hazelnut flakes
  • 1 TEASPOON crushed pistachio kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions

    Cut off 1 thin slice of pineapple. Peel the rest of the pineapple, quarter it and cut it into slices. Mix yoghurt and sugar. Fold in pineapple. Arrange in bowls. Sprinkle with hazelnut slices and pistachio.

    Dust with cinnamon and decorate with pineapple slice and pineapple green.
