Banana cottage cheese on wholemeal bread with cherry jam

  • 1 Baby banana (60 g)
  • 100 g Cottage cheese
  • 2 discs (50 g each) Wholemeal bread
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sour cherry fruit spread (70 % fruit)

Directions

    Peel and dice the banana. Carefully mix banana cubes and cottage cheese together. Spread slices of bread with cottage cheese. Stir fruit spread until smooth, put 1 teaspoon on each slice and serve immediately.
