Ingredients

  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 8 Hot dog buns
  • 2 Peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. red and green)
  • 30 g Gouda cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Vegetable maize (canned)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Remoulade (glass)
  • 8 Vienna sausage
  • 7-10 Tbsp (ca. 70 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 75 g Danish cucumber salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp (glass)
  • 1/8 (approx. 50 g) Tube
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Red and white" ketchup &
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 20 g Roasted onions

Directions

    Boil the egg hard in about 10 minutes. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for 4-5 minutes

    Clean and wash the peppers. Cut cheese and paprika into strips. Peel onion and cut into rings. Mix vinegar, salt and mustard. Whip oil into it. Fold in paprika, cheese and onion

    Quench, peel and dice the egg. Clean, wash and chop the tomato. Mix both with corn and remoulade. Season to taste

    Let the sausages steep in hot water for about 5 minutes. Wash the salad and dab dry. Cover hot dogs with salad and sausages. Then top as desired with cheese-pepper salad, corn-tomato remoulade or cucumber salad, ketchup & mayonnaise "red and white" and roasted onions
