Dissolve yeast in 750 ml of lukewarm water. Pour the baking mixture into a bowl. Stir in the dissolved yeast and work through to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer in 3 minutes.
Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Then knead again on a floured work surface and form 20 rolls. Brush the surface with some water. Sprinkle 4 rolls each with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, caraway seeds or coarse salt.
