Tomato with mozzarella and basil

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 3 Stem(s) fresh basil
  • 1 package (150 g) Mozzarella cheese
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and basil, dab dry. Pluck the leaves from the basil. Cut out the stalk of the tomatoes. Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into slices and arrange them alternately in flakes on a plate. Sprinkle with basil leaves. Pour olive oil evenly over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with fresh white bread
