Ingredients

  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger tuber
  • 1 TEASPOON pink berries
  • 200 ml Olive oil

Directions

    Wash the lemon and cut into slices. Wash mint leaves and pluck. Peel ginger and chop very finely. Mix the prepared ingredients, pink berries and olive oil and drizzle onto the respective piece of meat. Cover and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
