Ingredients

  • 3 Onions
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2 Chillies
  • 2 stem(s) Rosemary
  • 2 stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 1 TABLESPOON Peppercorns
  • 250 ml Oil

Directions

    Peel the onions and slice them into fine rings. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Carve the chilli lengthwise, remove seeds and chop finely. Chop rosemary, pluck parsley leaves from the stems. Cover grilled meat with prepared ingredients and peppercorns. Fill up with oil and let it stand for at least 30 minutes
