Peel and halve the avocados and remove the stone. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Halve the lime and squeeze it. Peel shallot and garlic and dice coarsely. Wash the chillies, cut them lengthwise into halves, remove the seeds and cut into rings.
Puree the avocado, lime juice, shallot and garlic with a blender. Stir in chilli rings. Season avocado dip with salt and pepper. Pour into a bowl and garnish with chillies.
