Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into walnut-sized pieces. Wash tomatoes and pat dry. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into pieces about 3 cm long. Put meat, cherry tomatoes and spring onions on 8 skewers.
Season the oil with salt and pepper and brush the skewers with it. Grill on the hot grill for 7-10 minutes all around, brushing with oil occasionally. If necessary, arrange ready skewers and garnish with daikon cress.
It goes well with chilli sauce and bread.
