Clean and wash the tomatoes and cut out the stalk. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Wash zucchini and cut lengthwise into fine slices. Drain the cheese and also cut into fine slices.
Season tomatoes, zucchini and cheese with salt and pepper. Stack everything to 6-8 towers. Wave the zucchini. Place the turrets on aluminium trays and cook on the hot grill for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the oregano, dab dry and remove the leaves, except for some for garnishing, from the stalks and chop finely. Mix oregano and olive oil and sprinkle on the turrets. Garnish with pink berries and the remaining oregano.
Grilled potatoes taste good with it.
