Ingredients

  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of firm sour cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1/2 Pot of coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper

Directions

    Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix sour cream and garlic. Add olive oil. Peel the coriander leaves, wash and pat dry. Cut into fine strips and stir into the dip.

    Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
