Ingredients

  • 100 g Apricot Jam
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice and grated zest of 1 untreated lemon
  • 3-4 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Grill spice mixture
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 10-12 Chicken wings (à approx. 75 g)

Directions

    Warm apricot jam and pass through a sieve. Mix lemon juice and zest, apricot jam, lemon peel, ketchup, oil and grill spice and season with salt and pepper.

    Wash wings, dab dry and brush with the paste. Grill the wings on a hot grill for 5-6 minutes on each side.
