Tacos with minced meat filling

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 10 g Butter or margarine
  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 1 jar(s) (425 ml; separation weight: 255 g) Kidney Beans
  • 1 jar(s) (425 ml; separation weight: 285 g) Vegetable corn
  • 1 package (500 ml) pureed tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 bundles (125 g each) Spring onions
  • 1 package (125 g; 12 pieces; roasted corn cakes) Taco Shells

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the fat in a pan. Sauté onion in it, add minced meat and sauté. Drain beans and corn and add. Deglaze with tomato puree and let it boil down a bit.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper, cayenne, chilli and paprika. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into pieces of about 12 cm. Briefly sauté in a little boiling salted water and drain. Bake the tacos briefly in a hot oven.

    First fill with 1 spring onion and then with chilli con carne and serve immediately.
