Marinated orange slices

Ingredients

  • 5 Oranges
  • 2 Blood oranges
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
  • 6 balls of advocaat nougat (à approx. 75 ml)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Pistachio kernels

Directions

    Peel oranges so that the outer white skin is completely removed. Cut oranges into slices and arrange on dessert plates. Squeeze blood oranges. Mix juice and icing sugar.

    Marinate orange slices with it. Place 1 scoop of ice cream in the middle of each slice. Chop the pistachios and sprinkle over them.
