Grilled oyster mushrooms

Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 10 Oyster mushrooms (about 45 g each)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 6 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grill trays

Directions

    Clean the mushrooms. Peel garlic and dice finely. Wash thyme, dab dry and chop finely. Mix oil, lemon juice, thyme and garlic.

    Season with salt and pepper. Turn the oyster mushrooms in the sauce and let them steep for about 10 minutes. Drain the mushrooms and place them in grill trays. Fry them on the hot grill for about 5 minutes
