Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 3 Stem(s) fresh sage
  • 1 small pot of rosemary
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 12 (approx. 800 g) Minute steaks of pork
  • 6 small wooden skewers (toothpicks)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Wash the sage and rosemary and dab dry. Put 6 sage leaves and 6 small pieces of rosemary aside. Chop the remaining herbs and mix them with olive oil and some pepper. Place the steaks in a wide, flat dish and brush with the herb oil. Cover and marinate for 2-3 hours. Shortly before grilling, let the meat drip off a little and put the sage leaves on 6 steaks. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes, turning on each side. Sprinkle the finished steaks with salt and place the remaining rosemary on the steaks without sage
