Prawns with dill and lemon marinade

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice and grated zest of 1 untreated lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 12 cooked king prawns
  • 4 Shashlik skewers

Directions

    Wash the dill, dab dry and chop. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix oil, dill, garlic, lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and drain the prawns. Put three prawns on each wooden skewer and place them in the marinade for about 3 hours. Fry on the hot stone while turning for approx. 8 minutes
