Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 500 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomato Slices

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash cucumber thoroughly and grate coarsely. Drain on kitchen paper. Stir yoghurt, quark and oil until smooth.

    Add onion, garlic and cucumber. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with tomato slices if desired. Turkish flat bread tastes good with it
