Knead flour, baking powder, salt, herbs, egg, quark, oil, 150 ml lukewarm water and Hermann dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Form a roll with floured hands and cut into 14 pieces.

Whisk the egg yolk and cream. Spread the bread roll with it. Sprinkle with cheese, sesame seeds, herbs, poppy seeds and linseed as desired. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, place on a rack and allow to cool. Serve on a plate garnished with herbs as desired.
