Paprika quark with chives and salmon ham on wholemeal valleys

Ingredients

  • 1/4 collar Chives
  • 30 g red pepper
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 disc (approx. 25 g, rectangular) Wholemeal bread
  • 1 washer (10 g) Salmon ham
  • 1 small apple

Directions

    Wash the chives, put some stalks aside for garnishing, cut the remaining chives into fine rolls. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Season quark with salt and pepper.

    ΒΌ Put tsp. chives and paprika aside. Stir the remaining chives and peppers into the quark. Cut out 3 circles (approx. 4.5 cm each) from the slice of bread. Form 3 quark balls with an ice cream scoop and put them on the bread slices.

    Halve the slice of smoked ham. Place 1/2 slice of ham on each 2 Taler. Sprinkle with chives and paprika and garnish with chive stalks. Serve with an apple.
