Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 75 ml White wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 small tomatoes
  • 2 red and green pickled peppers
  • 16 black olives
  • 8 small slices of salami
  • 4 Anchovies
  • 100 g grated Emmental cheese

Directions

    Knead the flour, oil, wine, salt and 50 ml of lukewarm water into a smooth dough. Form 24 small thalers (approx. 4 cm Ø) from it. Wash and cut the tomatoes into 24 thin slices and place them on the dough thalers. Cut the pepperoni into pieces. Cover the taler with salami, olives, pepperoni and halved anchovies. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 8-10 minutes. Arrange on a plate
