Ingredients

  • 1/3 prepared yeast dough
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 150 g wafer-thin slices of cooked ham
  • 100 g Salami
  • 150 g wafer-thin slices of Tyrolean ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil leaves
  • baking paper

Directions

    Halve the yeast dough and form 2 loaves of bread (approx. 20 cm Ø). Place the breads on baking trays lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk. Sprinkle with salt and thyme. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of the baking time, brush the breads with oil. Let the bread cool down a little and serve warm with ham and salami. Garnish with basil leaves
