Cream cheese dip with herbs

Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese (70 % fat in dry matter)
  • 200 g Fresh cheese with fine herbs from Provence (60 % fat in dry matter)
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 2 small onions
  • 3 Stem(s) Rosemary
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • 8 Stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 1 small bunch of chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Mix the cream cheese with cream until smooth. Peel onions and dice very finely. Wash the herbs. Chop rosemary, basil and parsley except for a bunch of herbs to garnish. Cut the chives into small rolls.

    Stir onions and herbs into the cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with herbs. Serve with small crackers and red port wine
