Tatar on pumpernickel

Ingredients

  • 5 discs Pumpernickel
  • 50 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 piston Chicory
  • 250 g Tatar (beefsteak mince)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1-2 Cornichons
  • 2-3 paprika-filled olives
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 TEASPOON Capers

Directions

    Spread bread with fat and cut into quarters. Cover with chicory tips (use the rest elsewhere). Season tartar with salt and pepper and spread on the bread. Peel and chop the onion.

    Cut the gherkins, olives and egg into slices. Garnish the tartar in different ways.
