Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 TABLESPOON hulled sesame seed
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 20 g pickled sushi ginger
  • 400 g Beef (e.g. hip steak or fillet)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Chilli sauce for chicken (sweet-sour chilli sauce)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON dry sherry
  • 4-5 Tbsp Soy sauce salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown, remove and allow to cool. Clean and wash the spring onions. Cut one into fine rolls, chop the rest finely. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, wash and remove the seeds.

    Cut the pod into small pieces. Wash chives, shake dry, cut into fine rings. Chop ginger finely. Wash the meat, dab dry and chop finely.

    Mix the prepared ingredients, except for the spring onion rings, with chilli sauce, oil, sherry and soy sauce, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the tartar, sprinkle with leek and onion rings
