  • 500 g Fillet of beef tips
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 6 Stem(s) Coriander

Directions

  1. 1

Clean, wash and possibly halve the beans. Cook the beans in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes.

  2. 2

Meanwhile wash the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into very thin slices with the skin. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and cut into fine rings. Peel garlic and chop finely.

  3. 3

Drain the beans, rinse with cold water and drain well.

  4. 4

In the meantime, dab the meat dry and cut into thin slices. Heat sunflower oil in a wok or large pan. Fry the meat in portions over high heat, turning briefly and thoroughly.

  5. 5

Season with salt and pepper and remove. Fry the pumpkin in hot frying fat. Fry garlic, chilli and sesame briefly.

  6. 6

Add sesame oil, meat and beans. Deglaze with soy sauce and possibly 1-2 tbsp. water. Heat meat and beans again. Wash the coriander, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Stir in the coriander and serve.

  7. 7

Basmati rice goes well with it.
