  • 7-10 Tbsp - Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1⁄2 Tsp dried oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (e.g. browner)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 2 tsp clear broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1⁄4 l strong coffee
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1⁄4 l dark beer (e.g. black beer)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1 tin (850 ml) of tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 16 thin slices of brown bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1 tin (425 ml) of white beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1⁄2 Federation Parsley
  • - baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Cut goulash into smaller cubes. Peel onions and garlic. Clean or peel and wash the peppers and carrots. Dice everything. Clean the chilli pepper, cut lengthwise and remove seeds. Wash the pod and cut into fine strips.

  2. 2

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large roasting pan or pot. In it I fry the goulash vigorously and take it out. Then I put the minced meat into the hot frying fat and fry it vigorously as well.

  3. 3

Add onions, garlic, chilli, paprika and carrots to the mince and fry everything. Stir in the tomato paste and sweat briefly. Goulash.

  4. 4

Add again and season everything with salt, pepper, oregano, 2 tablespoons of sugar and broth. Now I delete everything with 3⁄8 l water, coffee, beer and tomatoes including juice. I chop the tomatoes a bit. Boil everything up and stew covered for about 1 1⁄2 hours.

  5. 5

I place the slices of bread on a baking tray covered with baking paper and coat them with 4-5 tablespoons of oil. Then I roast them 10-12 times in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) and let them cool down on a rack.

  6. 6

Drain beans, rinse and drain. Add to the soup and heat. Wash the parsley and put something aside for garnishing. Cut the rest into fine strips. Now taste the chili with salt, pepper and sugar.

  7. 7

I arrange it, sprinkle and garnish it with parsley. I add the bread chips.
