Ingredients

Servings: 20
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 20 slightly larger mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pimento and chilli powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Chop the peppers. Unscrew the mushroom stalks. Cut onion into quarters, stone and peel avocado. Puree with onion, lemon juice and spices. Pour the mixture into the mushroom heads.

    Garnish with chilli and paprika.
