Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 10 black olives
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse black pepper

Directions

    Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel the garlic and cut into wafer-thin slices. Drain the olives. Arrange tomatoes on two plates. Spread oil and garlic over them and season with salt and pepper.

    Place the olives in the middle.
