Ingredients

  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 100 g sliced boiled ham
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 package (25 g) frozen Italian herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 50 g grated medieval Gouda cheese
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Meter bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp some lettuce leaves

Directions

    Clean and wash the mushrooms and peppers. Chop the mushrooms, cut the peppers into small cubes. Dice ham as well. Mix the mushrooms, peppers and ham. Stir in egg yolk and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.

    Mix cheese and crème fraîche. Cut bread into slices. Spread mushroom and paprika mixture on top. Put the cheese crème fraiche as a blob on a slice of bread and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 8-10 minutes. Line a plate with salad leaves and arrange the slices of bread on top. Results in approx. 16 pieces
