Stir yoghurt until smooth. Wash the apple, remove the core and cut into slices. Put 2 slices aside, dice the rest. Peel the kiwi, halve lengthwise and cut into slices.
Chop walnut kernels. Mix apple cubes, kiwi, oat flakes, chopped walnut kernels and oat bran with half the honey in a bowl. Put yoghurt on the muesli, decorate with apple slices and the rest of the honey. Serve with a glass of orange juice
