Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 125 g Blueberries
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 100 ml Marsala (Italian dessert wine)
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel and juice of 1 untreated lemon
  • 4 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 100 g Sugar

Directions

    Washing fruit, cleaning. Cut strawberries into slices. Mix the fruit and divide into 4 plates. Mix Marsala, cinnamon, lemon peel, egg yolk and sugar. Whip to a thick cream on a hot water bath.

    Season to taste with lemon juice. Spread on the fruit and serve immediately (!).
