Apple muesli with oat flakes and kefir

  • 1 Apple (approx. 175 g)
  • 150 ml low-fat kefir
  • 15 g crunchy oats
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions

    Wash the apple, quarter it, cut out the core, cut off 2 apple slices. Dice the rest of the apple. Put kefir in a deep plate, spread apple pieces on top and sprinkle first with oat flakes, then with cinnamon.
