Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS oat flakes, grated coconut, almond slivers and unsalted peanut kernels
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar

Directions

    Mix 2 tablespoons of water, oil, honey and cinnamon with the oat flakes, grated coconut, almond slivers and peanuts. Spread out on a baking tray and dry in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/ gas: stage 1) for approx. 30 minutes.

    Turn several times. In the meantime peel the banana, cut it into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix with the yoghurt and vanilla sugar. Serve sprinkled with muesli.
