Egg toast with prawns

Ingredients

  • 1 egg (size S)
  • 1 washer (30 g) Whole grain toast
  • 25 g Cucumber
  • 5 stalks of chives
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Light cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 30 g Crab meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries

Directions

    Boil the egg hard in about 8 minutes. Toast the toast. Wash and slice the cucumber. Wash chives and cut into small rolls. Quench egg, peel and cut into slices. Season crème légère with salt and pepper.

    Spread the toast with it. Cover toast with slices of egg and cucumber. Sprinkle with crabs, chives and pink berries.
