Muesli with oat flakes, pineapple, mango and soured milk

Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS crunchy oats
  • 200 g Pineapple and mango
  • 150 g low-fat soured milk (1,5 % fat)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

  1. 1

    Roast the oat flakes in a pan without fat. Take out and let it cool down. Peel pineapple and mango. Cut into pieces and slices. Layer oat flakes, soured milk, fruit and honey in a glass.

    Decorate with mint.
