2 TABLESPOONS crunchy oats
200 g Pineapple and mango
150 g low-fat soured milk (1,5 % fat)
1 TABLESPOON Honey
7-10 Tbsp Mint

Roast the oat flakes in a pan without fat. Take out and let it cool down. Peel pineapple and mango. Cut into pieces and slices. Layer oat flakes, soured milk, fruit and honey in a glass.
