  • 4 Apricot halves (à approx. 16 g; canned; naturally sweet without granulated sugar)
  • 5 g Pistachio kernels
  • 150 g granular cream cheese (0,8 % fat)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON liquid honey

Directions

    Cut the apricots into slices. Finely chop the pistachios. Stir cottage cheese and yoghurt until smooth. Serve with apricots, honey and pistachios.
