Cornflakes muesli with kiwi, banana and kefir (diet)

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1/2 Kiwi (25 g)
  • 1/2 (80 g) Banana
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 30 g Cornflakes
  • 60 ml Kefir (0,3 % fat)
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa leaves

Directions

    Peel the kiwi and banana. Cut the kiwi into slices and quarter them. Cut the banana into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix the cornflakes with the fruit and fill into a bowl.

    Spread the kefir over the muesli and sprinkle with honey. Decorate with balm leaves.
