Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Chicken fillets (approx. 120 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 (425 ml; 285 g of separation weight) Can
  • 7-10 Tbsp Vegetable corn
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes (about 100 g each)
  • 1/2 Head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 (approx. 800 g) Flatbread
  • 200 ml Chilli sauce (from the bottle)

Directions

    Wash the chicken fillets, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken fillets for about 8 minutes, turning them several times. In the meantime drain the corn. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Clean, wash and drain the lettuce.

    Peel onions and cut into fine rings. Quarter flat bread and cut a pocket into each. Cut chicken fillets into slices. Fill the bread with lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, corn and meat. Serve chili sauce extra
