Melon-Ham sandwich

  • 2 discs Wheat sandwich
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Salatcreme-Dressing (20% Fett)
  • 2 leaves lollo bianco
  • 3 small slices of smoked ham
  • 4 (approx. 60 g) thin slices of net melon

Directions

    Toast the sandwiches in the toaster for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool down on a cake wire. Spread salad cream on one side of each sandwich. Clean, wash and pat dry the salad.

    Cut the ham slices several times. Cover a sandwich slice with lollo bianco, ham and melon slices. Place the second toasted sandwich with the coated side down on the ingredients.

    Cut diagonally into 2 triangles with a sharp knife.
