Stuffed flatbread

Ingredients

  • 400 g Turkey escalope
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS finished giros spice
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 Onions
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 2 (at 370 ml each; weight of separation: 320 g) Glasses of white cabbage salad
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Flatbread
  • 1 package (200 g) Tzatsiki Quark
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into thin strips. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for six to eight minutes while turning. Season with giros spice. In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and cut them into fine strips.

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Wash the parsley, except for a little to garnish, chop and mix into the white cabbage salad. Cut flat bread into quarters and cut a pocket into each. Roast in a toaster or under the preheated grill.

    Fill the bread quarters with some coleslaw, giros, paprika and onions. Arrange on four plates with tzatsiki and salad leaves. Garnish with parsley. Serve the rest of the cabbage salad separately.
